Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
  2. 2. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle cheese and rice over half of it.
  3. 3. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  4. 4. Repeat with the remaining tortillas. Serve hot.
