  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Italian bread into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the butter mixture over the bread wedges.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the wedges.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
