Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Melted butter
  • 0.25 cups Sugar

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 Large eggs

Topping

  • 1 can Cherry pie filling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set.
  5. Cool cheesecake on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
