  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, chopped
  • 4 Hard-Boiled Eggs, chopped
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Chopped Celery
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken and hard-boiled eggs.
  2. 2. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and fresh lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
