  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • ½ cup Caesar Dressing
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  3. 3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
  4. 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Top the salad with grilled chicken strips and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
