  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the flour and stir continuously for about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  4. 4. Add the milk and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add the shredded chicken and corn kernels. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
