Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
