Chicken Parmesan Grilled Cheese
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, combining the flavors of chicken parmesan.

- 4 slices bread preferably sourdough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast shredded
- 0.5 cup marinara sauce
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon butter softened
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place two slices, butter side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
Top each slice with mozzarella, chicken, marinara sauce, and Parmesan.
Place the remaining bread slices on top, butter side up.
Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
