Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 piece green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 piece red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 piece onion, sliced
  • 4 pieces hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add bell peppers and onion, cook until tender.
  4. Divide the mixture among the hoagie rolls.
  5. Top each with 2 slices of provolone cheese.
  6. Place under the broiler until cheese is melted.
