Chicken Salad Wraps

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 0.5 cup Celery, chopped
- 0.25 cup Red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 pieces Tortillas
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Lay out the tortillas and place a portion of the chicken salad mixture in the center of each tortilla.
Top with shredded lettuce.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Slice in half if desired and serve.
