Chinese Chicken Vegetable Soup

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- to taste salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute until fragrant.
3. Add carrots, celery, and mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add shredded chicken, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
