Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- ½ cup Warm water
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and sugar.
Add warm water, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into buns.
Place the buns in a steamer and let them rise for another 15 minutes.
Steam the buns over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
