  • 1 teaspoon Instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • ½ cup Warm water
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and sugar.
  2. Add warm water, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into buns.
  6. Place the buns in a steamer and let them rise for another 15 minutes.
  7. Steam the buns over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
