Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 2 pieces Hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 piece Tomato, sliced
  • 1 piece Onion, diced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the diced onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Chop the beef with a spatula as it cooks.
  4. Place the slices of cheese on top of the beef and let it melt.
  5. Toast the hoagie rolls in the skillet or oven.
  6. Assemble the sandwich by placing the chopped cheese and beef mixture into the toasted rolls. Top with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato.
