Main Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 6 eggs beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 slices bread cubed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard.
Layer bread cubes in a greased baking dish. Top with cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
Pour egg mixture over the layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until set.
