  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 6 slices bread cubed
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard.
  3. Layer bread cubes in a greased baking dish. Top with cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
  4. Pour egg mixture over the layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until set.
