Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Ciabatta bread sliced in half
  • 200 g Deli meats assorted
  • 100 g Provolone cheese sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to combine.
  2. 2. Slice the ciabatta bread in half horizontally.
  3. 3. Layer the bottom half of the bread with deli meats and provolone cheese.
  4. 4. Top with the grinder salad mixture.
  5. 5. Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich and press down gently.
  6. 6. Slice the sandwich into individual servings and enjoy!
