Ingredients 

Pancakes

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter

Cinnamon Swirl

  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Cream Cheese Glaze

  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. 2. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter. Combine with dry ingredients.
  3. 3. For the cinnamon swirl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. 5. Swirl the cinnamon mixture onto the pancake batter in a spiral pattern.
  6. 6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. 7. For the glaze, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  8. 8. Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the pancakes and serve warm.
