Cinnamon Swirl Bread
This cinnamon swirl bread is perfect for breakfast or a snack. It's soft, sweet, and has a beautiful swirl of cinnamon sugar.

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon sugar into the batter.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
