Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs separated
  • 3 tablespoons Cream Cheese softened
  • ¼ teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until well combined.
  5. Spoon mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 6-8 rounds.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
