  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast diced
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Ranch Dressing

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large salad bowl, combine the romaine lettuce and mixed greens.
  2. 2. Arrange the chicken, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, eggs, cherry tomatoes, and red onion on top of the greens.
  3. 3. Drizzle with ranch dressing just before serving.
