Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta (any short variety)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Black olives, sliced
  • ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
