Cold Shrimp Salad
A refreshing and easy-to-make cold shrimp salad, perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dill, fresh or dried
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the shrimp for about 3-5 minutes until pink and opaque. Drain and let cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, celery, and red onion.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Pour the dressing over the shrimp mixture and toss to coat evenly.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
