Ingredients

  • 8 oz Bow Tie Pasta uncooked
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Corn cooked
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing and taco seasoning. Pour over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
