Main Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 Cucumber diced
- 100 g Feta Cheese crumbled
- 50 ml Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese.
Add the cooled spaghetti to the bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together until well mixed.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
