Main Ingredients
- 1 lb conch meat, cleaned and diced
- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup red onion, diced
- ½ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced conch meat, tomato, green bell pepper, and red onion.
2. Add the fresh lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
3. Stir in the chopped cilantro.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Serve chilled as an appetizer or light meal.
