  • 1 lb Pork shoulder cut into rib-shaped pieces
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup Pickles sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the pork shoulder pieces for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  3. Brush the grilled pork with BBQ sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the BBQ pork on the rolls, then topping with pickles and onions.
