Copycat McRib Sandwich Recipe
A homemade version of the famous McRib sandwich, complete with tender pork, tangy BBQ sauce, and pickles.

- 1 lb Pork shoulder cut into rib-shaped pieces
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 1 cup Pickles sliced
- 1 Onion sliced
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the pork shoulder pieces for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
Brush the grilled pork with BBQ sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing the BBQ pork on the rolls, then topping with pickles and onions.
