- 4 cups cornbread, crumbled
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crumbled cornbread, chicken broth, chopped celery, and chopped onion.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add to the cornbread mixture.
Stir in the poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Add the beaten eggs and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
