Ingredients

  • 4 cups cornbread, crumbled
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crumbled cornbread, chicken broth, chopped celery, and chopped onion.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add to the cornbread mixture.
  4. Stir in the poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the beaten eggs and mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
