Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice fresh
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the corn kernels in a pot for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  2. 2. Drain the corn and divide it into cups.
  3. 3. Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise to each cup and mix well.
  4. 4. Sprinkle grated cheese, chili powder, and a squeeze of lime juice over the corn.
  5. 5. Add salt to taste and mix everything together.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
