Corn in a Cup

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Lime juice fresh
- to taste Salt
1. Boil the corn kernels in a pot for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
2. Drain the corn and divide it into cups.
3. Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise to each cup and mix well.
4. Sprinkle grated cheese, chili powder, and a squeeze of lime juice over the corn.
5. Add salt to taste and mix everything together.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
