Main Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh corn kernels about 4 ears of corn
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 0.5 cup red onion finely chopped
- 0.25 cup fresh basil chopped
- 0.25 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 0.5 cup creamy Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, basil, and parsley.
Add creamy Italian dressing and toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
