Ingredients

  • 500 g Cooked Chicken shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • 100 g Greek Yogurt
  • 50 g Mango Chutney
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, heat the curry powder over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, mango chutney, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add the shredded cooked chicken and curry powder to the bowl, and mix until well combined.
  4. 4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
