Cottage Cheese Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and fresh dill.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss everything together until well combined. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
