Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat fresh or canned
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 pcs hard-boiled eggs sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup asparagus blanched
  • ½ cup black olives sliced

Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon capers drained
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and mix well.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, asparagus, olives, and crab meat.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. 4. Garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs and serve immediately.
