Crab Louie Salad Recipe
A classic American salad featuring crab, fresh vegetables, and a tangy dressing.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat fresh or canned
- 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 pcs hard-boiled eggs sliced
- 1 cup cucumber sliced
- 1 cup asparagus blanched
- ½ cup black olives sliced
Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon capers drained
- to taste salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and mix well.
2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, asparagus, olives, and crab meat.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
4. Garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs and serve immediately.
