  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries
  • ¼ cup Chopped Celery
  • ¼ cup Chopped Pecans
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, dried cranberries, chopped celery, and chopped pecans.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
