Instructions
Blanch green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and cool in ice water.
In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
Pack green beans, garlic, dill seeds, mustard seeds, and red pepper flakes into jars.
Pour hot vinegar mixture over beans, leaving ½ inch headspace. Seal jars.
Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
