In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
Add water and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let dough rest at room temperature for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Place a Dutch oven in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, turn dough onto a well-floured surface and shape into a ball.
Carefully remove Dutch oven, place dough inside, cover with lid, and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove lid and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
