- 2 cups pasta cooked and cooled
- 1 large cucumber diced
- ½ cup red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced cucumber, and chopped red onion.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
5. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
