  • 1 large cucumber diced
  • ½ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • ¼ cup fresh dill chopped

Instructions
