Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl.
  2. 2. Sprinkle salt over the cucumbers and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Rinse the cucumbers with cold water and drain well.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce until the sugar dissolves.
  5. 5. Add the cucumbers to the vinegar mixture and toss to coat.
  6. 6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
