Instructions

  2. 2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add ham, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  4. 4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Cook until the eggs start to set.
  5. 5. Sprinkle cheese over the omelet. Fold the omelet in half and cook until the cheese is melted.
