Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • ¼ cup pickling salt
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 8 cups cucumbers small, whole

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine water, vinegar, and pickling salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Pack cucumbers, garlic, and dill into jars.
  3. 3. Pour the boiling brine over the cucumbers in the jars, leaving some headspace.
  4. 4. Seal jars with lids and let cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
