Instructions
1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.

3. Add the cooled potatoes and green onions to the bowl. Toss gently to coat.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
