Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes and green onions to the bowl. Toss gently to coat.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
