Doughnut Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into doughnut shapes.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry doughnuts until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Let cool before serving.
