  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into doughnut shapes.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry doughnuts until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Let cool before serving.
