Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 Hoagie Rolls

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Spoon the mixture into hoagie rolls and serve hot.
