Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Egg whites or 1 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1 cup Chopped vegetables bell peppers, spinach, onions, etc.
  • ¼ cup Shredded cheese optional
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Evenly distribute the chopped vegetables into the muffin tin cups.
  5. Pour the egg white mixture over the vegetables in each muffin cup.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if using.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg whites are set.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
