- 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Blend strawberries until smooth.
2. In a large bowl, mix strawberry puree, heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
3. Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container.
4. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm. Stir every 2 hours for a smoother texture.
