  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil divided
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and salt until smooth.
  3. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Pour the remaining olive oil onto a baking sheet and spread it evenly.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy around the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with rosemary if using. Cut into pieces and serve warm.
