Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and salt until smooth.
Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
Pour the remaining olive oil onto a baking sheet and spread it evenly.
