Fire and Ice Pasta Recipe
A spicy and refreshing pasta dish that combines the heat of chili with the coolness of mint.

Main Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 0.5 cup Fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix well to combine with the garlic, chili, and tomatoes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped mint leaves and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra mint leaves and Parmesan if desired.
