Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 10 g Salt
  • 7 g Active dry yeast
  • 325 ml Warm water
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Punch down the dough and spread it onto a greased baking sheet.
  7. Make dimples in the dough with your fingers, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
