Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets chopped
- ½ cup red onion diced
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup bacon bits cooked and crumbled
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup sugar
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
