  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Julienned carrots
  • 1 cup Sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup Hummus

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  2. 2. Spread a layer of hummus on each tortilla.
  3. 3. Evenly distribute the lettuce, carrots, and bell peppers on top of the hummus.
  4. 4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice them in half if desired.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
