Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 0.5 cup peas and carrots (frozen)
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced ham and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Push ham to one side and add beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Add cooked rice, peas, and carrots. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Stir and serve hot.
