Main Ingredients
- 30 oz Frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 0.5 cup Melted butter
- 10.5 oz Condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cup Sour cream
- 0.5 cup Chopped onion
- 2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Topping
- 2 cup Crushed cornflakes
- 0.25 cup Melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine hash browns, ½ cup melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together crushed cornflakes and ¼ cup melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the potato mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
