Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 30 oz Frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter
  • 10.5 oz Condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Topping

  • 2 cup Crushed cornflakes
  • 0.25 cup Melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, ½ cup melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together crushed cornflakes and ¼ cup melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the potato mixture.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
